Signs and Symptoms List

This list is not comprehensive.  Note also that I have tried to list some of the less obvious and/or clinical, yet still notable symptoms.  It is easy to minimize or negate your struggles, but please--ask a professional before making conclusions!

  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder: chronic worry/nervousness tlo the point that it is impairing your life and/or is uncontrollable

  • Panic Disorder: panic attacks (strong, rapid episodes of anxiety symptoms including but not limited to a racing heart, sweating, dizziness, and chest pain)

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: obsessive, cyclical, and/or intrusive thoughts with rituals or compulsions in relation to those thoughts
