This list is not comprehensive. Note also that I have tried to list some of the less obvious and/or clinical, yet still notable symptoms. It is easy to minimize or negate your struggles, but please--ask a professional before making conclusions!

Cuts, scratches, scars, burns, bruises, and/or broken bones

Wounds that do not heal or take a noticeably long time to do so

Keeping sharp objects on hand or in unusual places

Constantly covering arms/legs by wearing long sleeves/pants even when not weather appropriate and/or wearing numerous bracelets

Difficulty expressing strong feelings such as anger and/or sadness

Difficulties with emotional regulation
